Delburne boasts excellent community and recreational facilities including curling club, ice arena, golf course, community hall, tennis court, ball diamonds, playgrounds and churches. The Delburne Centralized School provides education from kindergarten to Grade 12. The school has received numerous awards for its physical education and sports programs. New classrooms and community gymnasium are scheduled for construction in September 2000.

Fawn Meadows Estates

Steady growth over the past five years has prompted the development of Fawn Meadows Estates, a 67 lot sub-division located on the Fawn Meadows Golf Course. Development of Phase One is scheduled for servicing in the spring of 2001. The generously sized lots in Fawn Meadows range from $14,980 to $42,750.
The Village has also moved ahead to help fill the need for affordable homes by developing nine lots for manufactured homes and five for modular homes.
